     Here is research combined with humane rhythm to show that you can become happier. Not only is it within your power to change to a happier, healthy life style, the "How to Change" is shown with clarity.

The book contains how you can find the answers to your own happiness status and needs. Then there are 12 Happiness Activities for you to select the ones that "FIT" for you. You are also given ways to sustain the happiness level you reached. Research that supports this is clearly stated.

With her section on Spirituality, it might be that Religion and Science find a piece for Peace that has been missing in some circles, making the book a good read.
