Happy people know that love is major in their lives. They make it a key ingredient to their service, actions, words and meaning.
Flowers and chocolate, dinner and dancing, are symbols of love and so are hugs and kisses. Acts of kindness and heartfelt compassion, dedicated service and caring for others enrich and make their lives meaninful. Happy people appreciate goodness in others and their focus is on wise service and continued growth. It's never too late to increase love in your life. Ask yourself: "Could you be happier?" If so take steps to make your life "Love in Action". Read "Authentic Happiness" by Dr. Martin E.P. Seligman. Take the free VIA and learn your top five Signature Strengths. You can use the book or go to www.authentichappiness.net. Start using those Signature Strengths in more of your life situations. You can then experience more happiness in your life. As an added benefit, ask others to find their Signature Strengths and help each other use them more. That could be at home, work, leisure-almost any situation in your daily life. Happy Valentine's Day.
