Aging well and living longer are possibilities far more reaching and appealing than ever before. Eating well, wisely exercising - sure, why not! How about learning to be genuinely happy? Living nine years longer (and happier ones) than the unhappy people? Oh my, yes. How hard can that be? Actually, not too difficult. The person who lives life fully with genuine pleasure, engagement and meaning has more friendships to count on, more satisfaction in life and is a joy to be around. Environments that encourage the use of strengths and virtues of each person will produce healthier individuals using their gifts to the benefit of all. This can be accomplished within any school, community, and group that really wants to experience healthier ways to live and the joys of life.
