We were off line for a while due to change of server.Welcome back to everyone. Let me hear from you that all is well. Coaching in the last few years has developed into one of the most useful professions. I wrote on my former site the value of getting a coach for yourself-actually the best one your money can afford. The best coaches will be receiving coaching even after advanced coach training. They believe that strongly in what they are doing and know their coaching needs ongoing support. The best coaches keep the agenda of the client in focus and the coaching relationship co-active. The client has the values, is resourceful, and the coach provides a safe designed support where the strengths of the client are acknowledged and honored. {josgoogle}
