Searching for a name for the course I hope to teach to increase happiness I went over some situations that occurred recently that gladdened my heart and added a refreshing joy to the participants.

The first occurred when I was buying a replacement microwave. Finding the one I wanted, a problem occurred with my trying to lift the carton from the shelf to fit on top of my cart. It was just heavy and large enough that I was unsure of my strength for the transfer.
